Uses

Polished concrete should be used where foot traffic, vehicle traffic and forklift traffic will be high. Where low maintenance and high durability is required.

Polished concrete should not be used where anti-microbial surfaces are required. 

New Build Projects

• < 1,000 FT2: $6.50
• 1,000 - 5,000 FT2: $4.50
• 5,001 - 10,000 FT2: $4.00
• 10,001 and up: $3.00
  

Restoration Projects

• Pricing per project basis.
  

Additional Services

• Joint filler: $2.85 - $4.00 LF
• Grout coat: $1.00 - $2.00 FT2
• Patch/repair: $54 hr plus material
